Grace Closet

Free Clothing for individuals and families

Our clothing distribution program, Grace Closet, provides quality clothing for people to survive the outdoor elements, but more importantly, to be able to go to work and feel a part of society again.
Registration Required
To access Grace Closet, please come to register in person on Tuesdays, 11:00 am–1:00 pm. There is an ID requirement; please bring your ID, Birth Certificates of children, and your spouse's ID if you will be accessing goods for the benefit of those individuals. If you have questions, please call (774) 420-2445.

Tuesdays, 1:00 pm–4:00 pm

Grace Closet Wish List

Wish list items for Grace Closet can be purchased at a store, or collected through a clothing drive.
  • Underwear and Socks - New ONLY
  • Masks
  • Hand sanitizer
  • Chapstick
  • Diapers
  • Tampons and pads
  • First aid kits, band-aids
  • Lotion
  • Tissues
  • Toilet paper
  • Blankets

Donate Clothing, etc.

Schedule a drop-off appointment
  • Please make an appointment! This will help us manage the intake of new donations.
  • Clothing: we accept donations of clean, gently used clothing and shoes, etc.
  • We cannot accept large quantities of baby clothing.
  • We can accept only new socks and underwear or under garments. We cannot accept used socks or under-garments of any kind.
  • Please do not leave donations behind without coordinating with the staff (they can get damaged in the rain, etc.).
  • If you need help coordinating your drop-off appointment call our office at (774) 420-2445.

Volunteer at Grace Closet

Our clothing distribution program operates at 674 Main Street in Worcester. The clothing pantry is in the basement. Multiple slots are available for each volunteer shift.
  • Tuesdays, 9:00 am–4:00 pm (3 slots): Volunteers may arrive at any time during this time range. Volunteers will help sort and arrange clothing in the pantry.
  • Wednesdays, 12:30 pm–4:30 pm (6 slots): Volunteers will help set-up and distribute of clothing, and assist families with shopping for their needs.
